Tyrone has spent the last 9 years, since graduating with a degree in Sports Therapy, immersing himself in the health & fitness industry, gaining experience in clinical case management and consultancy.
Supplementary qualifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition and Advanced Education Teaching have led to many roles at places including David Lloyd Leisure, Dagenham & Redbridge FC, 9Round Fitness and currently Head Sports Therapist at Dulwich Hamlet FC.
In 2018 Tyrone set up his own private clinic in South London, Specifeye Health & Wellbeing.
Outside of work you will find him singing, playing the piano or spending time with his beautiful family.

Francesca is a Graduate Sports Therapist from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2012. Has been working for the past 3.5 years in an up-and-coming franchise clinic specialising in diagnostics and imaging of MSK pathologies, starting in Guernsey and expanding into the UK this year.
In addition, has been working as Lead Sports Therapist in National League Rugby for 10 seasons with The Guernsey Raiders, Island sport for Athletics, Swimming and Hockey, working with the Norwegian National Cricket Team in T20 and looks forward to attending the Commonwealth Games as a member of the Medical Team for Team Guernsey this summer 2022.

Nikhil graduated from Coventry University with First Class Honours in 2017 before going on to complete his MSc in Strength & Conditioning in 2018 at the University of Bedfordshire. Along the way he has built up experience working with both amateur and professional athletes. He has also worked in clinics across London and Bedfordshire before setting up his own Sports Therapy business in 2019. In 2021 he set up his own clinic and was also awarded ‘Role Model of The Year’ for outstanding work done within the community. Nikhil is also a keen sportsman and plays hockey for Luton Town.

Tom is new to the Board of Directors in 2020. He has been a Sports Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach for over 10 years working in elite sport. Previously, he has held roles as Head of Medical Services in Men’s and Women’s elite rugby, Head Therapist to Great Britain Men’s Basketball Team and a Performance Manager to the Mercedes F1 Team.
Tom has a particular interest in athletic development and reconditioning; optimising health and wellbeing to improve performance; team leadership and mentoring with coaching.
He holds a BSc (hons) in Sports Therapy, a MPhil in Sport Health & Exercise Science, a PGCHE in Teaching & Learning and he is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA.
Tom is a twice winner of the Society’s Bruce Hobbs Annual Travelling Scholarship and a Finalist in the UK Sport Young Researcher of the Year Competition in the field of Ideas4Innovation.
He has previously served on the Society’s University & College Liaison Group and now hopes to serve the membership as a Director.
